How to: Register for the App (Existing Customers)
To register for our app, you will need:
- Your membership/barcode number.
- To check that your details are correct on Ceredigion Actif’s system.
You will need to use the same email address for the app that you have registered on our system - if you’re not sure, check with us next time you’re in any of our centres.
On the app, you will need to select ‘My Account’.
Then ‘Create Account’.
Select ‘Register’.
You will need to enter your email address, and decide on a secure password. You need to click on the T&Cs to accept them.
Adding a Family Member to Your Account
You will need to do this if you want to make bookings for that person
e.g. Swimming or soft play.
If you want to add a family member to your account, you will need to know:
- That person’s membership/barcode number
- That person‘s details, such as surname, post code, date of birth, etc.

On the app, you will need to select ‘My Account’.

Then ‘Update Details’.

You need to input your details and select ‘Login’.

On the homepage, there is an option to ‘Manage Family Members’.

This is where you manage family members and view their bookings.

An ‘Existing Contact’ is someone who is already registered on the Ceredigion Actif system.
A ‘New Contact’ is someone who has not attended any of our sessions before.

Enter all details as they are on the Ceredigion Actif system.

You will then need to contact us so that we can approve this on the system.
Please send an email to leisure.memberships@ceredigion.gov.uk with your details and those of the person/ people you are adding.
We may contact the person you are adding to verify that they consent to this.
We will respond to your email as soon as possible.
